Everyone and their mother makes Chocolate Chip Cookies. But these are special and have a story behind them.

While away at camp and in college, out f the blue, I would receive a container of these cookies from my Mom, Mimi. She was not a cookie-baking kind of woman, so being on the receiving end of this treat meant that not only was she really thinking of me, but that she took time out of her day to create something wonderful.
