Lemon Mint Pound Cake

Knowing that many of you love Lemon Pound cake I wanted to add another layer of flavor to it. Noticing that we had an abundance of fresh mint growing on the deck, I combined the two. Voila, Lemon Mint Pound Cake was born. The flavor is lemon richness up front and a hint of mint at the back.

It freezes beautifully, like all of our Pound Cales.

Available in two sizes:

Regular: 8” x 4”, approx. 2 pounds, 8-10 slices

Mini: 5 3/4” x 3”, approx. 1 pound, 5-7 slices
